A confirmed generation or audio-processing failure returns the reserved video credit to the same order once. An uncertain task remains under review. A credit return is not an automatic cash refund; contact support for billing help.

Your photo is used for your video and is not automatically published. Photos expire from our storage after 7 days; local browser photo drafts expire after 24 hours. KIE receives the photo for generation under its own processing and retention policies.
